Onboarding terms and conditions
The terms under which Grupo EQL begins a commercial relationship with its clients: documentation required for the initial review and compliance policies applicable to clients, suppliers and contractors.

Documentation for the initial review
To begin onboarding with EQL S.A.S. Agencia de Aduanas Nivel 2, the following documentation is required, depending on the type of applicant.
Legal entity
- Certificate of incorporation and legal representation issued no more than one (1) month ago.
- Complete Tax Registration (RUT) in PDF, no more than 30 days old, showing the customs user code as importer and/or exporter (22 and 23).
- Up-to-date shareholding certificate and/or RUB (Colombian register of ultimate beneficial owners — DIAN).
- Form SEG-FO-016, personal data processing authorisation for clients, completed and signed by hand or with a certified digital signature.
Individual
- Copy of the full national ID document, legible at 150%.
- Complete Tax Registration (RUT) in PDF, no more than 30 days old, showing the customs user code as importer and/or exporter (22 and 23).
- Form SEG-FO-016, personal data processing authorisation for clients, completed and signed by hand or with a certified digital signature.
Sole trader
- Commercial registration certificate issued no more than one (1) month ago.
- Complete Tax Registration (RUT) in PDF, no more than 30 days old, showing the customs user code as importer and/or exporter (22 and 23).
- Copy of the full national ID document, legible at 150%.
- Form SEG-FO-016, personal data processing authorisation for clients, completed and signed by hand or with a certified digital signature.
